When you place an online order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a receipt confirmation within 24 hours. Orders are processed within 3 business days, and you’ll be notified when your order has shipped, is ready for collection at the gallery, or if a shipping quote is required.

If you have chosen to collect your artwork from the gallery, you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup.

This is typically within 3 days of purchase. Once you receive notification, you can collect your artwork during our gallery hours:
Tuesday – Friday: 9 AM – 2 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM

Artwork is shipped via courier and typically arrives within 7 days, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be provided to monitor your shipment. A signature is required upon delivery; if you’re unavailable, you may need to collect your order from the nearest courier depot.

We take great care in packing artwork to ensure its safety during transport, and issues are extremely rare. However, please inspect the packaging for any damage upon arrival and take photos if necessary before signing. Contact us immediately if there are any issues.
