About The Artist

Ashleigh Menzler is a Brisbane-based artist whose oil paintings celebrate Australian light, nostalgic memories and the beauty of everyday moments. Through layered colour and expressive brushwork, she creates works that feel warm, vibrant and full of life.

From sunlit citrus branches and flowers in a glass vase to paddling ducklings, Ashleigh brings an affectionate eye to familiar subjects. Soft lilacs, leafy greens and golden highlights capture the shifting effects of light, while visible brushstrokes give her paintings texture and movement. There is a playful quality to her work, balanced by a quiet appreciation for the simple things.

Both joyful and gently nostalgic, Ashleigh’s paintings invite us to pause, look a little closer and find something extraordinary in the everyday.
