Shannon is an emerging 29-year-old artist working out of her home studio in Ashgrove, Brisbane. She is a self-taught oil painter who specialises in realism with her practice focusing on a variety of different subject matter including sweets, pantry staples and still life scenes.

Shannon’s work aims to capture the playfulness and nostalgia of her subjects, bringing a sense of joy to ordinary everyday items. Her small scale works are known for featuring bright colours are always painted with a high attention to detail. They don’t require much wall space and are great for bookshelf styling and are perfect for adding pops of colour in your home.
