Jasmine Veronique Is a full-time artist who lives in Peregian Springs, Sunshine Coast. Although confident in a variety of mediums her favourites are oil painting, charcoal and coloured pencil. She is passionate about creating artwork which embodies the values of beauty, freedom, and wonder.

Of the natural world, Jasmine primarily focus on florals and still life as a subject matter which allows her to delve into the symbolism and beauty of flowers, a subject which is so often associated with strength and new beginnings. Through her work she employs underpainting and subtraction techniques to build depth and texture, resulting in a sense of immediacy and spontaneity that is evocative of the natural world. Her aim is to explore the complexities of the human experience, where painting florals offers a new perspective on the world and our place within it.
