With a deep affection for the land around her, and the life that inhabits it, Cath Kerr Knijnenburg's work is influenced by Australian native flora and fauna – in both literal and abstracted form. Cath’s contemporary pieces have an open, progressive style that is influenced by her graphic design career. She plays with positive and negative space, layering, patterning and removing elements to create an extrasensory perception of form.

Cath works from her Sunshine Coast studio. She is super passionate about authenticity, originality and the vibrancy that the right piece of art can imbue in a room.
