Ingenia Lifestyle Sanctuary, Victoria Point
Stevens Street Gallery collaborated with the interiors team on the newly completed Ingenia Lifestyle Sanctuary at Victoria Point, a premium over-50s bayside community where coastal living meets natural bushland.
The design brief called for a collection of original artworks that celebrated the beauty and character of the local area, creating a strong sense of connection to place within the community's welcoming entry and private dining spaces. Working closely with the interiors team, we curated and commissioned Australian artists to create bespoke works that reflected the surrounding bayside landscape while complementing the project's carefully considered furnishings, finishes and colour palette.
The result is a thoughtfully integrated collection that enhances the warmth and sophistication of the interiors, reinforcing Sanctuary's distinct identity and providing residents with an authentic connection to the landscape that surrounds them.
Custom Artwork for entry was 6 x custom made panels - 2700 mm x 900 mm with Custom oak framing by Kate Marek.
